There are several RSS aggregators that allow offline viewing - I use Mobipocket for both eBooks and offline RSS feeds. 

Google Reader will &lt;a href= "http://googlereader.blogspot.com/2006/05/you-can-now-use-google-reader-from.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;work from a phone&lt;/a&gt;.

There are a others - I use Opera Mini, and mostly it works really well.

The specific NetReputation aggregator doesn't work well from Opera Mini as a website - if you come across an equivalent please post a comment and I'll happily review/promote it here.
